Everything we hold about you, as machine-readable JSON, downloaded straight to this device. We do not email it, because that would put your health data in an inbox and in a mail provider’s logs where it was not before.

Sign in first, so we know whose data to give you.

Delete my account

Removes your answers, formula and marker history within 30 days. Order, batch and consent records are kept, stripped of any link to your health data, because the law requires it.

Health answers are special category data under UK GDPR and are processed on your explicit consent. Deletion propagates to our backups as they age out, within 30 days. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at any time.
